These sessions - conducted in your home or office - and can be one-on-one or geared toward a small class of your friends or colleagues. They'll be tailored to fit your abilities, interests and body's needs. Wonderful for beginners who want to learn the basics and for anyone interested in greater flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation. (I think that means the handstands are probably optional!)
Instructor Paige Gilchrist (a TLC mom!) has practiced yoga and Zen meditation for more than 15 years. She completed here 200-hour teacher training through Asheville Yoga Center, and is currently pursuing advanced studies through the 500-hour certification program. She teaches at Asheville Yoga Center's Donation Studio, The Jewish Community Center of Asheville. The Body Shop Fitness Center in Arden, Great Tree Zen Temple in Alexander, and for private groups.
